HOUSING AND MEALS

Students and faculty are housed in typical Bavarian hotels around the village of Oberaudorf, in single or double hotel rooms with a private bath in each room. Everyone lives within easy walking distance of each other and of MTB's class and lesson locations throughout the village.

A hotel or restaurant breakfast buffet is included in the MTB price, 7 days a week, as is one substantial meal per day on Mondays through Fridays, plus a couple of extra meals during orientation weekend. The weekday group meals, when students and faculty dine together, are usually served in the charming Bernhard's restaurant, a top local dining destination. Visit Bernhard's website at www.restaurant-bernhards.de. We also occasionally dine as a group at other excellent restaurants in Oberaudorf.

Students have easy access to inexpensive options for meals that are not included, as there are two grocery stores in town as well as a number of casual restaurants.
